Groz-Beckert opens showroom in India – Nonwovens Industry Magazine

Groz-Beckert has opened its first showroom in India – in the emerging weaving market in Ichalkaranji. Part of the official inauguration was an evening with clients. The highlight of the weaving showroom is the new fully automatic WarpMasterPlus inserting machine. KnotMaster series tying machines and accessories from the weaving preparation portfolio are also available for training, testing and demonstration.

The WarpMasterPlus is the latest generation of fully automatic tucking machines. The WarpMasterPlus system has been completely redeveloped from scratch. The latest technologies have been systematically used to bring a machine to the market that is already equipped today for the future requirements of increased automation in the perspective of Industry 4.0. With this generation of machines, Groz-Beckert continues to build on the worldwide proven insertion concept, where insertion takes place via a single reel. Other advantages of the WarpMasterPlus include optimum flexibility combined with maximum performance and minimum configuration requirements, as well as trouble-free winding of critical warp yarns. In addition, the number of cycles has been increased and sophisticated functions such as the presetting of slat magazines and CNC axes for setting the length of healds have been added.

The company first showcased the WarpMasterPlus at ITMA 2019 in Barcelona, ​​Spain.
